More often than not it's a straightforward migration and therefore is a complimentary service or a very nominal service charge applies.

Our average cost of hosting is £150 per year which works out as just £12.50 per month! Should our prices increase due to a rise in costs across the industry, clients hosting with us will be informed of this in advance. We are pleased to offer a competitive price for web hosting without compromising on excellent service!

You can manage your account and migrate for yourself once we've got everything set up, however the reason we choose to take control of the set up process is to stop the service from being abused or used for spamming or illicit purposes.

Our operating hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If we recevie a request within these hours, your web hosting space is usually created within an hour. Requests for web hosting outside of these hours will be addressed on the next working day.

Yes! We use Let's Encrypt to provide SSL/TLS Certificates meaning your web application can transmit data securely.
